A basic safety precaution is to wear protective gloves suitable for the nature
of the work and material being used.
Latex gloves are useful in many applications
such as with dyes and stains, but will not adequately protect in every situation.
Some people have developed latex allergies, so do be aware of potential complications.
Nitrile gloves are preferred for use in non-water solvent based applications such as
padding shellac. Remember that products containing methylene chloride require special
gloves. Can purchase individually or as a box of 100. Sizes S, M, L, XL.
The Shop Apron is made of cotton and has a neck band and tie strings with pencil and standard

Chain Mail is a George Frank technique
that burnishes raw wood. Excellent for distressing new and old wood for antiquing.
